Grand Lake Metropolitan Recreation District Touring Center Liability Disclaimer

The purchaser and user of this ticket assumes and understands that skiing is a hazardous sport and that bare spots, variations in snow, ice and terrain along with bumps moguls, stumps, forest growth and debris, rocks and many other hazards or obstacles exist within this area.

In using the ticket and skiing at the area such dangers are recognized and accepted whether they are marked or unmarked. The skier realizes that falls and collisions do occur and injuries may result, and therefore assumes all risks of injury.

Skiers, walkers and snowshoers utilizing the “Dog Loop Trail” are responsible and liable for actions, behavior and damages incurred by their animal.

Further, I release the Grand Lake Metropolitan Recreation District and it’s employees from all claims for injury, whether or not caused by negligence of the Grand Lake Touring Center.

This ticket in non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Notice: Management retains the right to revoke ticket without refund to the holder if he/she commits any act on premises that endangers the safety of himself or other persons..
